Refund policy

We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Products must be unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at opnayaz5@gmail.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, customized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it first and place a new order after approval.

EU Customers

Orders shipped to the EU may be returned within 8 days under the cooling-off period, following the same conditions.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If delayed beyond 15 business days, contact us.
